3. Customers using Taiwan Compatriot Permits will not be able to activate their SIM cards during China Unicom's system shutdown hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM). [Ordering Process]
Step 1: Select a package and place your order.
Step 2: Pick up your package at the arrival counters at Pudong Airport T1/T2, Hongqiao Airport T1, Beijing Capital Airport T2/T3, Daxing Airport, Baiyun Airport T2/T3, or Chengdu Tianfu Airport T1 departure counter.
Step 3: Upon arrival, present your order phone number or order number to redeem the service. When picking up your package, on-site staff will initiate the service on your behalf on a one-on-one basis.
Step 4: Passport information is required for activation (real-name authentication activation).
■ If you are unable to collect your SIM card at the scheduled time, you can collect it at any time within the order validity period (1 year) by presenting the mobile phone number used to place the order or your order information at the nearest counter.
■ If you encounter any problems or need to check your plan information during use, you can inquire through the operator's app/operator website.

I. Arrival Counter, Terminal 1, Shanghai Pudong Airport [Operating Hours: 24 hours]
Address: Opposite the Mango Superman counter on the 2nd floor duty-free shop of Terminal 1, International Arrival.
■ After landing and passing through immigration, head towards baggage claim.
■ You'll see the Roaming Man counter on the side of the escalator (no need to go down the escalator to the baggage claim area). The duty-free shop is diagonally opposite.
II. Arrival Counter at Shanghai Pudong Airport Terminal 2 [Operating Hours: 24 hours]

■ After landing and collecting your luggage, turn right after exiting customs.
